User: Password:   Floor plans are an excellent tool in promoting a property and 3D drawings generated off these plans encourage viewings. We can produce floor plans for you from £40 for a small property to £100 for a large property when you supply measurements. We draw 2D floor plans in black and white or colour, showing wet and exterior areas, if required. When we generate the 3D drawing from this plan, we include items of furniture in order to really bring this plan to live. Please note that decor and furniture are produced at random and a notice explaining this is printed with the plan. You can have your floor plans and 3D drawings included with your particulars, or ask us to print these onto a separate A4 sheet of 170gsm gloss paper, which is designed around your corporate style. It can even be laminated. Or we email them to you for self print. We offer a full measuring service throughout Sussex. Alternatively you simply supply us with a sketch of each floor and its measurements. In order to produce fairly accurate plans, you should not only measure the length of a wall, but also the width of a door and window and the distance from the door and window to the end of the wall. See below for an example. You may post this sketch to us or fax it to 07050 69 70 71. 2D plans are emailed to you for approval and corrections are included in our fee.
