If
you submit a PDF which
contains images with poor
light levels or a front shot
showing an unsightly rubbish
bag on the lawn, your
brochures will arrive showing
these imperfections, quickly
noticed by a buyer.
Submitting
a PDF is fine if you know what
you are doing and if you want
to control the final look of
your brochures as printing a
PDF is like printing a large
image containing not only
photos but also text.
WARNING:
If you prefer to submit a PDF,
you will need to look very
carefully at how your monitor
is configured. Your PDF may
look great when viewed on your
computer screen, but unless it
has been calibrated to emulate
print on paper, you may find
that your printed brochures
are not the expected
quality.
N.B.
Property
price changes for re-orders
also require a fresh PDF.
If
you are not confident in your
ability to produce a PDF,
don't submit one. Simply let
us have your text or Word file
and all required photos. And
when a price is reduced, you
may ammend it from your
control panel, or simply email
or telephone us, and the new
price will show with all
re-orders.
You
don't need to edit your
images. Don't worry if the
front shot is a bit dark or if
the sky is white, or if the
photographer had not noticed
the black rubbish sack on the
front lawn. We will take care
of that.
If
we feel that a particular
photo or floor plan image is
not up to scratch and we
cannot repair it, we will
telephone you right away. If
you don't hear from us, all is
well and your property
particulars are on their way
to you.
Please
note: For best results send
individual files.
